1. Chief Resident Engineer & Team Leader – 01 Position
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20 years in Project/Construction Management; knowledge of PERT & CPM
- Responsibilities: Overall project control, leadership, and coordination with contractors.
2. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager – 03 Positions
- Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer
- Experience: 15 years in project management; PERT & CPM skills
- Responsibilities: Oversee construction quality, timelines, and utility execution.
3. Planning Manager – 03 Positions
- Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer
- Experience: 10–12 years in project control; PERT & CPM exposure
- Responsibilities: Project planning, scheduling, and control.
4. Design Review Manager – Civil – 02 Positions
- Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred)
- Experience: 15 years in design review
- Responsibilities: Ensure structural soundness, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Design Review Manager – MEP – 04 Positions
- Qualification: Graduate Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 15 years in MEP design
- Responsibilities: Validate and optimize MEP systems.
