- Roles & Responsibilities: Site clearance, plant development supervison, gang coordination

4. Senior QC Engineer
- Roles & Responsibilities: Batching plant calibration, raw material testing, Mix trial designs

5. QC Lab Assistant
- Roles & Responsibilities: Lab equipment commissioning, trial cube casting / testing

6. Junior Site Engineer
- Roles & Responsibilities: Formwork alignment, pre-pour checks, daily progress logs
