1. Project Director – Transmission & Distribution

Role Overview
The Project Director will be stationed at the client’s office and will play a major leadership role in project coordination, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution monitoring.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects while maintaining profitability, quality supervision, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution
- Manage client coordination and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Drive strategic discussions and project decision-making
- Ensure effective supervision and monitoring of project implementation
- Maintain strict control over costs, timelines, and profitability
- Identify risks and ensure mitigation for smooth project delivery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams within a PMC/EPCM framework

- 25+ years of experience in Power / Infrastructure sector
- Proven experience in Transmission Line & Substation Projects
- Strong background in PMC/EPCM environments preferred
