1. BIM Modeler (PHE, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Specialization)
Qualification Required
- Diploma or B.E Mechanical
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PHE BIM models using Revit
- Prepare shop drawings and coordinated layouts
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and project requirements
- Support quantity take-offs and documentation
- Strong knowledge of PHE, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting design codes and standards
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary BIM integration
Software Knowledge Required
- Autodesk Revit (M&E)
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD MEP
- Related BIM tools
2. Structural – BIM Modeler
Qualification Required
- Diploma or B.E Civil / Structural
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage structural BIM models (RCC / Steel) using Revit
- Prepare detailed drawings, sections, and schedules
- Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve clashes
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project deliverables
- Assist in quantity extraction and reporting
- Solid understanding of structural design principles, materials (concrete / steel), and construction techniques
Software Knowledge Required
- Autodesk Revit Structure
- BIM tools
