Job Details:
- Position: Site Supervisor
- Department: Transmission & Telecom Tower Projects
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related trade)
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years | Fresher Welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Operations Management for tower materials Documentation & Reporting (Challans, GRN, Daily Site Reports, Stock Records)
- Handling Site Dispacther / Logistics Supervision
- Tower Construction Site Incharge
- Coordination of site logistics and material movement
- Liaison with transports, vendors and internal teams
- Monitoring material receipt, storage and issue at site Supporting site execution team for smooth project progress
- Ensuring basic safety and site discipline.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in Transmission / Telecom Tower Structure projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics and site Documentation
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Reporting)
- Ability to work under site conditions and timelines.
