Key Responsibilities

Site Infrastructure Management

  • Manage offices, colonies, camps, and related infrastructure

Logistics & Transport

  • Oversee vehicles, guest houses, and travel arrangements

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and local permits

Vendor Management

  • Handle procurement, housekeeping, and security vendors

Budgeting

  • Monitor site expenses and petty cash management

Liaison Activities

  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders

Qualification Requirements

  • Graduate
  • MBA
  • Degree in Labor Law

Experience Requirements

Officer Level Positions

  • Experience Required: 7–10 Years
  • Site administration experience preferred

Managerial Level Positions

  • Experience Required: 12–15+ Years
  • EPC / Infrastructure project experience preferred
