Available Positions
1. Manager – Stores
- Qualification: Master in Materials Management
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects
- Key Responsibility: Overall in-charge of Project Stores and complete stores operations.
- Key Responsibility: Ensure proper receipt, storage, issue, preservation and accountability of project materials.
- Key Responsibility: Overall control of Bulk Materials, Mechanical Spares, HSD, TMT, Shuttering Materials and other project inventory.
- Key Responsibility: Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Production, Accounts and HO teams.
- Key Responsibility: Ensure compliance with company systems, processes and material accountability.
2. Executive / Senior Executive – Stores
- Qualification: Materials Management Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects
- Key Responsibility: Preparation and consolidation of Stores MIS Reports.
- Key Responsibility: Sub-Contractor Material Reconciliation and maintaining supporting records.
- Key Responsibility: Monitoring and reconciliation of Sales Orders & Production-related materials.
- Key Responsibility: Preparation and submission of HO Stores Reports and other management reports.
- Key Responsibility: Coordination with site stores, production, project and HO teams.
- Key Responsibility: Monitoring material movement, consumption and stock reconciliation.
3. Storekeeper
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects
- Key Responsibilities: Material receipt and documentation.
- Key Responsibilities: Preparation/handling of DMR, DMR and DMS.
- Key Responsibilities: Scanning and maintaining inward-related documents.
- Key Responsibilities: Bill submission and invoice documentation.
- Key Responsibilities: Receipt, identification, storage and accountability of Mechanical Spare Parts.
- Key Responsibilities: Material issue through Issue Counter & Issue Slip.
- Key Responsibilities: Posting of material issues in SAP.
- Key Responsibilities: HSD receipt/issue and consumption posting in SAP.
- Key Responsibilities: TMT and Shuttering Material issue and record maintenance.
- Key Responsibilities: Maintaining proper stock records and physical accountability of materials.
4. Store Assistant
- Qualification: 12th passed / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Projects
- Key Responsibilities: Unloading and handling of Stone Products, including GSB, Aggregate, Stone Dust and Other Materials.
- Key Responsibilities: Assistance in receipt, stacking and identification of bulk materials.
- Key Responsibilities: Field-level stores activities and material movement.
- Key Responsibilities: Supporting Storekeeper in material issue, loading/unloading and stock handling.
- Key Responsibilities: Diesel Dispenser Operation and assistance in HSD-related activities.
- Key Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness, proper stacking and safe handling of materials in the stores/yard.
5. WB Operator – Weighbridge
- Qualification: 12th passed / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Weighbridge operation
- Key Responsibilities: Operation of Weighbridge (WB) for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Key Responsibilities: Accurate weighing of vehicles carrying Bulk Materials, Aggregates, GSB, Dust and other project materials.
- Key Responsibilities: Recording and maintaining weighment data.
- Key Responsibilities: Generating weighbridge slips and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Key Responsibilities: Coordination with Stores, Production, Site and Transport teams.
- Key Responsibilities: Ensuring accurate vehicle/material identification and weighment records.
