Vacancy Overview

Available Positions

1. Sr. Manager/AGM – Business Development

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil with preferably MBA/NICMAR
• Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Details:

• Lead end-to-end tendering activities for railway/metro projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Develop bid strategies.
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, cash flow and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and tender requirements.
• Obtain internal management approvals for successful bid submissions.
• Knowledge of SCM is preferred.

2. Manager/Sr. Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Electrical)

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical with preferably MBA
• Experience: 08–12 Years

Role Details:

• Lead end-to-end tendering and estimation activities for Railway and Metro electrical projects.
• Review tender documents and technical specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and bid pricing.
• Conduct quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for techno-commercial quotations.
• Perform risk and cost analysis.
• Prepare project schedules, cash flow and tax calculations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Knowledge of SCM is preferred.

3. Manager/Sr. Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Civil)

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil with preferably MBA/NICMAR
• Experience: 08–12 Years

Role Details:

• Manage end-to-end tendering and estimation activities for civil infrastructure projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and bid pricing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors for techno-commercial inputs.
• Conduct cost and risk analysis.
• Prepare project schedules, cash flow and tax estimates.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations and applicable codes and standards.
• Knowledge of SCM is preferred.

4. Sr. Manager/AGM – Design & Engineering

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical
• Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Details:

• Electrical design engineering for metro projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ASS/TSS design management.
• Lead the design and engineering of Auxiliary Substations (ASS), Traction Substations (TSS), and Traction Power Supply Systems for metro rail projects.
• Manage end-to-end design activities.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables.
• Perform design calculations.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Work on equipment layouts, protection and control schemes, earthing and bonding systems, and cable routing.
