1. Manager – Corporate Finance
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Fund Raising and/or Treasury
- Experience: 2 to 7 Years
- Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Support debt raising, refinancing and working capital management.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies and investors.
- Evaluate financing options and support capital structure optimisation.
- Manage credit rating renewals and coordinate with internal stakeholders for required data.
- Review and negotiate financing/security documentation in the Company’s interest.
- Manage NCD issuances, including IM preparation, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliances.
- Prepare financial information and presentations for lenders and stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience
- CA / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Fund Raising and/or Treasury.
- Strong understanding of debt markets, banking, credit ratings and financial documentation.
