3. Electrical Engineer
- Experience: Relevant experience in building projects
- Requirement: knowledge of electrical systems in high-rise construction
4. Civil Engineer
- Experience: Relevant experience in high-rise real estate projects
- Requirement: Strong execution and site management skills
