Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Planning, organizing, and execution of railway siding works
- Track laying, earthwork, ballast, and civil structure coordination
- Preparation of project schedules and resource planning
- Progress monitoring and reporting activities
Coordination & Management
- Coordination with authorities for approvals and inspections
- Liaising with design, procurement, contracts, and execution teams
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
Commercial & Technical Responsibilities
- Monitoring quantities, RA bills, certifications, variations, and claims
- Project cost monitoring and reporting
- Participating in technical discussions and review meetings
- Ensuring compliance with IRS specifications, RDSO guidelines, and railway codes
