• Position: Manager
• Role: EHS Lead
• Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
• Industry: Railway Infrastructure Projects
• Experience: 10+ Years
• Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech with Diploma in Industrial Safety
• CTC: ₹12-15 LPA + Attractive Perks & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and implementation of EHS
2. Implementation and maintenance of IMS requirements
3. Compliance with contractual EHS obligations
4. Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
5. Organizing safety training, toolbox talks (TBTs) and awareness program
6. Implementation and monitoring of Management Action Plans (MAP)
7. EHS documentation and record management
8. Employee inductions and competency development programs
9. Heavy lifting and critical operation safety management
10. Preparation of weekly and monthly EHS performance reports.

Note: Proven experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects
