- Location: Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan
- Project: Construction of 8 Lane Carriageway – Delhi Vadodara Access Controlled Greenfield Alignment (NH – 148N), Bharatmala Pariyojana – EPC Mode, Village Muli to Hardevganj, Indergarh, approximately 29 KM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning, execution and delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, approved budgets and project timelines.
- Develop and implement execution methodologies, construction strategies and resource mobilization plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, revenue generation and profitability.
- Monitor project progress against planned milestones, identify critical deviations and implement corrective measures to ensure schedule adherence.
- Ensure effective management of manpower, machinery, materials, subcontractors and other project resources for optimum utilization.
- Review BOQ, contract conditions, billing, claims, variations and commercial risks to maximize project margins and minimize financial exposure.
- Drive coordination with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, statutory regulations and established project management systems.
- Lead project teams, review departmental performance and establish accountability through periodic progress, financial and operational reviews.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely completion, financial viability and achievement of organizational objectives.
Important Note
- Must have exposure to handling National Highways project as Project Lead.
