- Qualification Required: BE / B.Tech – Electrica
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

📑 Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, tendering, market intelligence, and client engagement activities in the renewable energy sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving market intelligence and lead generation to target profitable opportunities.
- Scouting for tenders, analyzing market trends, and engaging with stakeholders to build a robust project pipeline
- Assisting in sourcing strategic partnerships and joint ventures, strengthening client relationships.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence including competitor activities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Driving client engagements through targeted outreach, proposals, and participation in industry forums.
- Engaging with stakeholders from government and private sectors to secure new business opportunities and repeat projects.
- Tracking and updating pipeline status, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal business vision.
- Filtering out irrelevant tenders and prioritizing potential opportunities based on expertise and project capacity.
- Preparing tender documents with all required data and details.
- Preparing costing and cashflows for tender participation.
- Identifying cost drivers and strategies to prepare a competitive bid.
