Key Requirements
- 20-25 years of experience in executing and managing multi-storey / high-rise residential / commercial building projects
- Strong expertise in bill checking, cost control and value engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project management, resources & budget control, stakeholder coordination, site operations, quality & safety compliance, contract & payment management, team leadership & client satisfaction.
✅CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Key Requirements:
- 10-18 years of work experience in High-rise building construction
- BE (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, quality standards & site execution
- Good coordination, planning & leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Execute site works as per schedule, ensure quality & safety compliance, manage manpower & resources, material planning, daily progress tracking, coordination with consultants & vendors, and timely reporting to Project Manager.
