Graduate Engineer Trainee – Project Operations

Role & Exposure
Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure and support teams across various areas of construction project operations.
- Project Operations & Site Execution
- Planning & Project Coordination
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- BBS & Rebar Quantity Management
- QA/QC & Quality Documentation
- Structural Works, Reinforcement, Formwork, Concreting & Finishing
- Drawings, Measurements, Progress Monitoring & Project Documentation
- Coordination with Site Engineers, Subcontractors and Project Teams
The role also involves working closely with Planning, QS, BBS, QA/QC and Project Operations teams, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end high-rise construction projects.
