Dilip Buildcon Limited is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Engineer – O&M Audit (SHA) in the Operations and Maintenance Audit Department.

Position Details
1. Assistant Engineer – O&M Audit (SHA)
- Location: PAN India
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in:
- Structural inspection
- Assessment
- Auditing of infrastructure projects (bridges, flyovers, and related structures)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Structural Health Assessments (SHA) of infrastructure assets
- Perform inspections of bridges, culverts, ROBs, flyovers, and other civil structures
- Identify, evaluate, and document structural distresses, defects, and safety concerns
- Analyse root causes of structural deficiencies and recommend remedial measures
- Review drawings, design data, and maintenance records for structural evaluation
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with technical observations and actionable recommendations
- Support O&M and project teams in ensuring structural safety and compliance
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in structural engineering and behavior of RCC/PSC/steel structures
- Hands-on experience in structural inspection and audit methodologies
- Knowledge of IRC codes, IS codes, and relevant standards
- Familiarity with NDT techniques and structural evaluation tools (preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of structural software/tools will be an added advantage)
- Specialization in Structural Engineering preferred
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering from any NIT or Equivalent
