Job Details:
- Position: Planning Lead – Railways & Metro
- Location: Projects Across India
- Experience: 10-18 Years (Railways / Metro / EPC Infrastructure)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overall Project Planning & Scheduling
- Preparation of Baseline, Rolling & Recovery Programmes
- Project Monitoring & Progress Control
- Weekly & Monthly MIS Reporting to Management
- Critical Path Analysis (CPA) & Delay Analysis
- Resource Planning & Productivity Monitoring
- Project Dashboards & Performance Analytics
- Coordination with Construction, Engineering, Procurement & Billing Plans
- Identification of Schedule Risks and Preparation of Mitigation Plans
- Support for EOT / Claim Documentation through Planning Records
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- SAP Exposure (Mandatory)
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- Advanced MS Excel
- MIS & Dashboard Preparation
- Project Controls & Planning
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Railway, Metro or Large EPC Infrastructure Projects
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholders management
- Ability to lead planning functions independently
