Job Responsibilities (As Mentioned)
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications
- Prepare Steel Reinforcement / Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Review, verify, and approve material reconciliation reports
- Take-off quantities in compliance with IS Codes
- Prepare rate analysis for construction activities
- Estimate overall material requirements for all project phases
- Prepare and issue tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets
- Evaluate contractor bills and certify interim and final payments
- Ensure contractor payments as per agreed terms
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders, recommending suitable contractors
