Available Positions
1. Manager / Engineer – Plant & Machinery (P&M)
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience – Manager: 10–18 Years
- Experience – Engineer: 3–10 Years in Plant & Machinery (P&M) or relevant field
- Industry Preference: Road / Highway / Infrastructure / Construction experience preferred
- Key Skills: Technical, Managerial, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage / support all Plant & Machinery operations at projects and workshops.
- Ensure optimum utilization, performance and uptime of equipment and machinery.
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of all P&M.
- Monitor fuel consumption, spares usage and control costs.
- Coordinate with vendors for spares, services and AMC/repairs.
- Maintain equipment records, logs, and MIS reports in N-WAY ERP and other systems.
- Handle P&M manpower, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental norms.
- Work closely with project and HO teams for timely availability of equipment as per project requirements.
Mandatory Skill
- Knowledge & Working Experience: N-WAY ERP is MUST
- ERP Skills: Proficiency in N-WAY ERP for Plant & Machinery modules (inventory, maintenance, billing, reporting etc.)
- Reporting: Ability to generate and analyze reports from N-WAY ERP
- Experience: Hands-on experience in data entry, equipment tracking and maintenance planning

- Workshop & Fabrication Equipment
- Light & Heavy Vehicles
- Other construction equipment
Other Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors and workshop teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites (as required).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
