About The Role
Seeking a dynamic and experienced O&M Manager to ensure Highway assets are fully compliant with the Concession Agreement, secure maximum annuity payments, lead maintenance and manage onsite emergency services.

Position: O&M Manager (Highways)
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ years total in Highway projects and 5 to 8 Years specific experience in HAM / BOT projects
- Skills: Understanding of Concession Agreements, asset management & contractor handling.
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance Execution: Plan & execute routine (potholes, signage) & periodic works (overlay) to MoRTH / IRC standards.
- COMPLIANCE & QUALITY: Meet Schedule K requirements to ensure seamless operations & avoid penalties.
- LIAISON: Primary point of contact for the independent Engineer (IE) during inspections & audits
- INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: Oversee Highways patrol, ambulance, & recovery cranes for swift emergency response.
- BUDGETING: Manage O&M budget, control costs, optimize resource allocation
