1. Angola Power Distribution Project Coordination
- Job Code: RPC15
Qualification:
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management / Advanced Construction Management (NICMAR) desirable
- Training or certification in Primavera / MS Project / SAP / Project Controls will be an added advantage
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 08 plus years of experience in Project Coordination, Planning & Monitoring, and Project Controls for International Power Transmission and Distribution projects
- Experience in coordination with client, consultant, and internal departments including Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Construction
- Experience in schedule preparation, baseline management, risk identification, cost control, and project progress reporting
- Experience in multi-location coordination and handling projects of ₹500 Cr and above
Location:
- Nashik
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a central interface between Project Sites, Head Office, and Clients for Power Distribution EPC Projects
- Facilitate coordination among Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Execution teams
- Organize and lead Monthly Review Meetings (MRM), Quarterly Review Meetings (QRM), and management presentations
Project Planning & Monitoring:
- Develop, monitor, and update baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project progress and cash flows
- Review and validate project programs, resource allocation, and milestones
- Identify critical path deviations, delays, and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions
MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare progress reports including physical and financial progress, billing status, and forecast
- Develop dashboards and presentations for management and client reviews
- Ensure submission of client reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
Contract & Claim Coordination:
- Highlight potential claims, EOTs, and variation orders during execution
- Coordinate with Contracts and Planning departments for documentation and submission of claims
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Liaise with SCM for material delivery schedules
- Liaise with Finance for project cost reviews
- Liaise with Design for drawing deliverables
- Support project teams during inspections, audits, and project close-out
Systems & Process Improvement:
- Implement project control mechanisms using SAP, Primavera, and MS Project
- Maintain data integrity in ERP systems for procurement, billing, and progress tracking
Team Development:
- Mentor planning and coordination engineers
- Drive discipline, documentation, and communication practices
Additional Points:
- Strong analytical and coordination skills required
- Good communication and presentation skills required
- Knowledge of EPC project management tools and progress tracking software required
- Experience in international transmission and distribution projects will be an added advantage
