1. Estimation and Costing Specialist – International Projects

- Qualification: B.E. (Civil)
- Experience Required:
- 8–10 Years
- Experience in reputed construction companies
- Experience in international infrastructure projects preferred
- Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for infrastructure projects
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, and project scope
- Prepare tender summaries, risk assessments, and project parameters
- Conduct international tender site visits for project evaluation
- Identify material sources along project corridors
- Coordinate with design, planning, and contracts teams
- Identify subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for projects
- Prepare and issue RFQs/enquiries to vendors and subcontractors
- Evaluate and negotiate quotations and technical proposals
- Ensure compliance with tender and contractual requirements
- Prepare complete bid submissions including technical and commercial documents
- Finalize project methodology, schedules, and construction approach
- Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely submission
- Handle client clarifications during bidding stages
- Prepare detailed rate analysis for BOQ items
- Analyze project costs for value engineering and optimization
- Present cost estimates for management review and approval
- Maintain updated cost databases for different countries and regions
