1. Sr. Engineers – Civil (Structure & Finishings)
- Experience Required: 7+ Years
- Discipline: Civil Engineering
- Specialization: Structure & Finishing Works
Requirements
- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Strong knowledge of MIVAN construction methodology.
- Experience in structural and finishing activities.
2. Engineers / Jr. Engineers – Civil (Structure & Finishings)
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years
- Discipline: Civil Engineering
- Specialization: Structure & Finishing Works
Requirements
- Experience in MIVAN construction projects.
- Knowledge of structural and finishing activities.
- Experience in residential high-rise projects.
3. Supervisors – Civil
- Experience Required: 2 to 10 Years
Requirements
- Experience in site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction activities and execution.
- High-rise building project experience preferred.
4. Foremen – Shuttering
- Experience Required: 2 to 10 Years
Requirements
- Experience in shuttering activities.
- Knowledge of MIVAN formwork systems.
- Ability to supervise site execution work.
5. Foremen – Steel
- Experience Required: 2 to 10 Years
Requirements
- Experience in reinforcement and steel works.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and execution.
- Experience in high-rise projects.

- MIVAN experience in high-rise buildings is mandatory for all positions.
- Candidates with Infra, Irrigation, or Conventional Construction experience will not be considered.
