Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at the project site.
- Execute plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors and the project team.
- Handle installation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, rainwater and sanitary systems.
- Ensure proper installation of CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, GI and MS pipelines.
- Monitor testing, commissioning and quality of plumbing works.
- Plan manpower deployment and monitor daily work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC and Fire Fighting teams.
- Maintain daily work reports and material consumption records.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
- Experience in high-rise building and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, sanitary and rainwater systems.
- Experience in pressure testing and commissioning.
- Good leadership, communication and manpower handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Willing to work at project sites in Mumbai.
Qualification
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- ITI in Plumbing with relevant site experience may also be considered.
