✅MEP Engineer Electrical
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in teg Real Estate Industry
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical work and address and issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and project stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
✅MEP Engineer Mechanical
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience
- Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and control costs to align with assigned budget.
- Enforce safety compliance, including work permits, PPE usage, and daily toolbox talks.
- Provide necessary data to billing and planning engineers for timely project evaluations.
- Inspire and guide team members, fostering teamwork and accountability.
✅Channel Partner Sales
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience
- Engage in B2B and B2C sales conversations to consistently identify and quality leads in targeted markets.
- Ensure the site operates smoothly, adhering to established milestones, execution timelines and payment schedules
- Maintain status updates on construction progress, addressing any challenges or delays prompt.
- Demonstrate services and products effectively to potential customers through excellent communication skills.
✅Corporate Affairs / Liaising
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / Engineering (B.Te h))
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience
- Ensure all required approvals, NOCs, and clearances are obtained stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate and follow up with authorities on pending approvals, ensuring timely responses to any queries or requirements. Act as a bridge between the execution team and senior management, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Ensure prompt resolution of any compliance issues raised by regulatory authorities.
