1. PROJECT HEAD (Real-estate and Construction Department)
- Monitoring Project, PMC monitoring
- Govern baseline scops
- Oversee Billing and contract governance
- Drive commissioning
- Project performance
- CAPEX and OPEX
2. CONTACT ADMINSTRATION LEAD
- Oversee contract lifecycle and adminstration
- Ensure compliance with contract terms & conditions
- Manage vendor / Sub-contractor contracts
- Monitor claims, variations, and risk mitigation
- Drive documentation, approvals & governance
3. CRM (Customer Server Experience – Post Sales)
- Plan and service SLQs, and drive documentation
- KYC management and RCA
- Manage customer complaints
- Escalation and resolution driving
- Ensure excellent post-sales customer experience
4. LEAD DESIGN COORDINATION
- Build and maintain Integrated design schedule & master planning
- Architectural Coordination and integration
- Maintain design MIS
- Monitor IFC, GFC, RFI Logistics
- Ensure timely design deliverables & coordination across stakeholders
