1. Safety Officer
- Experience: 6 to 9 years in safety at factory / industrial / manufacturing environment
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety compliance, codes & legal requirements
- Communication: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Leadership: Ability to influence & drive teams
- Reporting: Proficiency in reporting & documentation
- Preferred Experience: Experience in Precast / Manufacturing factories is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections & audits at factory level
- Identify hazards, assess risks & implement control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes & standards including Factories Act, OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.
- Develop & implement safe work procedures, SOPs & permit to work system
- Conduct safety trainings, tool box talks & awareness programs
- Investigate incidents, near misses & ensure corrective actions
- Monitor use of PPE & ensure housekeeping & workplace safety
- Maintain & update statutory registers, documents & reports
- Coordinate with internal teams & external agencies for safety compliance
- Foster a strong safety culture across the organization
