✅Sr. Manager / AGM Execution
- Positions: 06 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech – Electrical, Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the execution of solar projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective and quality delivery.
- Manage engineering procurement, Construction and commissioning activities, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
✅Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Project Planning
- Positions: 08 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech – Electrical, Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution phases of solar energy projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource allocation and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Strong Coordination between engineering procurement, construction teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects in time and within budget .
✅Manager / Sr. Manager (Liaisoning / Land Aggregator)
- Positions: 06 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Civil, Survey Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Liaisoning activities with goverment departmentas, regulatory authorities and local bodies to secure all statutory approvals, permits and clearances required for business operations, expansion and project execution.
- Responsible for identifying, acquiring and consolidating land suitable.
✅Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Execution
- Positions: 18 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Civil, Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical guidance, resolve issues during project execution.
- Maintain project records, prepare technical reports and documentation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and Internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
✅Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor – Execution
- Positions: 60 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI & Electrical, Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful execution of solar energy projects and site management skills.
- Supervise civil, mechanical and electrical installations.
- Manage daily work schedules and assignments.
- Coordinate with Sub-contractors and resolve field-level confict.
✅Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality
- Positions: 06 No’s
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Civil, Survey Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that solar products, components and installation processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, create and maintain Standard work instructions and quality documentation.
✅Officer / Sr. Officer – Safety
- Positions: 06 No’s
- Education: B.Sc / Diploma Fire & Safety / ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor adherence to safety regulations, codes and standards for solar projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards.
- Provide safety training for employees and Sub-contractors.
✅Store Assistant / Store Incharge
- Positions: 10 No’s
- Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible d managing all material handling and inventory operations at a solar project site.
- Collaborate with procurement teams for timely material supply.
- Communicate with vendor regarding orders, delivery schedules and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
