1. Quantity Survey Manager
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering / Certificate course from institution of Quantity Surveying with minimum 10 years of experience similar experience in execution of IT&IES / Commercial / Institutional Building.
- Job Description: Shall verify the works executed by quantify the excavated materials, stacking and sending out from the project site, Shall maintain the measurement books of various works and shall report to site engineer.
2. Design Review Manager & Structural
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Master’s in structural engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in designing IT & IES / Commercial / Institutional Buildings.
- Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure that the various kinds of Drawings that are to be implemented are sound, feasible and financially optimal, and expected as per plan.
3. Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Master’s in Civil/Materials Engineering, with masters preferably in Civil Engineering / concrete Engineering / Materials engineering with experience as Third – party Quality Assurance auditor with minimum 10 years of similar experience.
- Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure construction of high quality works.
4. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Building Manager
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering with minimum 18 years of Project Management experience in the construction of IT & IES/Commercial / Institutional building and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
- Job Description: Shall be responsible for civil construction work including quality and meeting time lines.
5. Contracts Manager
- Vacancies: 01
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Bachelor degree in law and Master’s degree in management with minimum 10 years experience in contract management Assignments.
6. Planning Manager
- Vacancies: 01
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Post Graduate in Construction Management and Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years in Project control’s experience in the construction of IT & IES / Commercial / Institutional buildings and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
7. Architect
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate in Architect, with Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture works for IT & IES / Commercial / Institutional buildings.
8. Design Review Manager – MEP
- Vacancies: 02
- Location: Vijaywada
- Exp & Qualification: Master’s in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in design IT & IES / Commercial / institutional Buildings.
