1. Manager / Sr. Manager Contracts
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Work Location: Dholera, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete contractual lifecycle of projects, from initial negotiation to closure.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Handle claims management and dispute resolution.
- Manage stakeholders, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Lead tender and bid management activities.
2. Dy. Manager / Manager – Quality (Civil / Elect. / Mech)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech / Electrical)
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Work Location: Dholera & Sanand, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance for clients and quality control at project sites.
- Set up and manage an on-site testing laboratory with certified equipment.
- Maintain and enhance quality performance standards.
- Must have site experience as a Quality Control Manager for large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of QMS procedures as per ISO standards is essential.
3. Manager / Sr. Manager – Construction (MEP)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech / Instrumentation)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Work Location: Jagiroad, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP activities including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure smooth project execution with effective stakeholder management.
