Position: Design Manager
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in structural design and Coordination.
- Location: Head Office, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design coordination for bridges (cable -stayed, Segmental, river)
- Design temporary structures (formwork, scaffolding, and shoring).
- Implement value engineering for cost-effective designs.
- Review consultant’s designs and recommend cost-saving solutions.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review BOQs.
- Ensure compliance of Structural Documentation (DBRs, analysis models, drawings)
- Strong understanding of EPC, lump sum, and item rate tenders.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in bridge design and temporary structures.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Staad Pro)
- Knowledge of tender processes and design criteria.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to review and ensure compliance with design standards.
