Role Overview:
1. Resident Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 12-16 years of experience in RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction
2. Senior Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 10-12 years of experience in Finishing / RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction
3. Site Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 6-10 years of experience in Finishing / RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction
4. Junior Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 3-5 years of experience in RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction
5. Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Costing/Billing
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 4-12 years of experience in estimation, costing & client billing
6. Senior Engineer – Quality
Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE – Civil with 3-12 years of experience in construction industry
7. Site Supervisor / Foreman – Shuttering/Steel
Eligibility Criteria: HSC/Graduate /ITI with 10-15 years of experience in RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction of Formwork, Shuttering and Steel
8. Site Supervisor / Foreman – Civil/Finishing
Eligibility Criteria: HSC/Graduate /ITI with 10-14 years of experience in RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction in their respective fields
9. Planning Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: BE – Civil with PG/Masters in Construction Management with 3-8 years of experience in industrial construction
10. Sr. Engineer/Engineer – MEP (Electrical/Mechanical)
Eligibility Criteria: BE/Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical with more than 6 years of experience in Electrical, ELV, FAS, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Process pining for Industrial and commercial projects, Should manage Subcontractors / client engineers in day-to-day activities
11. Sr. Engineer/Engineer – Plant & Machinery (Projects)
Eligibility Criteria: BE/Diploma – Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical with more than 5 Years of experience in construction industry of handling construction machinery maintenance
12. Officer – Safety/EHS (Project)
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / Degree or Diploma in Engineering with safety qualification, Preferably ADIS, with 5-10 years of experience in industrial construction.
13. Lead/Executive – Safety/EHS (Project)
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Degree or Diploma in Engineering with safety qualification, Preferably ADIS, with 5-15 years of experience in industrial construction
14. Executive/Officer – Store (Project)
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with 5-12 years of experience in the construction industry
15. Executive/Officer – Accounts (Project)
Eligibility Criteria: B.Com with 5-15 years of experience in the construction industry
16. Executive/Officer – HR & Admin (Projects)
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry
17. Executive/Officer – Purchase
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in steel, cement, and bought-out items in the construction industry
18. Architect
Eligibility Criteria: Degree in Architect with a PG in Quantity Surveying or Constructions management from NICMAR, having 2-3 years of experience in design Coordination in industrial / data centre projects
19. BIM Modeller
- Eligibility Criteria: Diploma/Degree in Civil with 2-3 years of experience in industrial construction projects, proficient in coordination and model development for multidisciplinary teams, Having hands on experience in Autodesk – Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
