- Experience: Minimum 20 years of work experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in similar urban development projects
- Should have been PM/TL for at least three similar projects
- Project value experience of minimum ₹750 Cr
2. Dy. Project Manager
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in similar urban development projects
- Should have been Dy. PM / Dy. TL for at least three similar projects
- Project value experience of minimum ₹650 Cr
3. Planning Engineer
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech with PMP Certification
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Should have worked as Planning Engineer for at least three similar projects
- Project value experience of minimum ₹650 Cr
4. Chief Interface Coordinator
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in handling interface between utilities
- Should have worked on at least three similar projects
5. Design Manager (Design Head)

- Qualification: M.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in similar urban development projects
