Designation: Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer
Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (Industrial Park Project, Kurnool – Andhra Pradesh
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Industrial Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities: Quantity Take-offs & Maintenance, Rate Analysis & Estimation, Billing & Documentation, Contract & BOQ Management, Coordination & Reposting.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of industrial infrastructure works, earthwork, roads, stormwater drains, utilities, foundations, and industrial platforms.
- Good command of Autocad, MS Excel (advanced), MS Project / Primavera (added advantage), Familiarity with IS Codes, IRC, and MoRTH specifications.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in QS for industrial parks, Industrial buildings, roads, or large infrastructure projects.
