1. Property Manager
- Minimum Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate most preferably technical background in PM / FM / EM with good administration skills.
- Total Experience: 10 to 12 Years
- Relevant Experience: 5 Years
2. Asst. Property Manager
- Minimum Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate most preferably technical background in PM / FM / EM with good administration skills.
- Total Experience: 9 to 12 Years
- Relevant Experience: 3 Years
3. Manager – MEP
- Minimum Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical
- Total Experience: 7 to 12 Years
- Relevant Experience: 3 Years
4. Manager – Security
- Minimum Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Any Graduate (preferably with security or defense background)
- Total Experience: Ex service man
- Relevant Experience: 2 Years in Corporate
5. Manager – Facility
- Minimum Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Any Graduate (preferably Hospitality / Hotel Management / FM)
- Total Experience: 7 to 9 Years
- Relevant Experience: 3 Years
