1. General Manager – Irrigation
- Vacancy: 01
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 12+ years
- Location: Balewadi, Pune
Skills & Requirements:
- 12–15 years of experience in irrigation projects (canals, pipelines, lift irrigation, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management tools, and site operations
- Focus on quality and safety with excellent stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems preferred
2. General Manager – Buildings
- Vacancy: 01
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil) (Master’s in Civil/Architecture/Construction Management preferred)
- Experience: 12+ years (including 5+ years in leadership roles)
- Location: Balewadi, Pune
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects
- Strong leadership with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Skilled in handling project budgets, timelines, and compliance standards
- Deep knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations
- Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
