1️⃣ Project Engineer – Maintenance
- Experience Required: 5–8 years
- Industry Experience: Reputed landscape construction companies (UAE experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance projects in line with approved programs and timelines
- Ensure timely completion of works while strictly adhering to project deadlines
- Possess strong knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and regulations
- Manage and handle all types of technical submissions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of irrigation and softscape materials
- Coordinate effectively with site teams, supervisors, and stakeholders for smooth execution
2️⃣ Draughtsman
Experience Required: 5–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts
- Modify drawings as per site conditions and client requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for drawing clarifications
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
- Provide technical drawing support for maintenance and rectification works
3️⃣ Landscape Supervisor – Landscape Execution
Experience Required: 6–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily site activities as per project program and submit progress reports
- Ensure productivity targets are met and report constraints to the Project Engineer / Manager
- Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns, and fuel consumption
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machinery, and PPE
- Track material availability and raise requirements in advance
- Lead, train, and motivate site teams for improved performance and safety
- Ensure safe work practices and competent workforce deployment at all times
