1. Lead Planning & Billing (Client Billing & Subcontracting)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ Years
- Industry Preference: Railway, Highway or EPC Projects
- Location: Akot, Maharashtra
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end client billing and ensure timely certification and collections
- Handle subcontractor billing, verification, and reconciliation
- Manage project-related correspondence with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and align billing with execution milestones
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and documentation
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement tracking and billing inputs
- Identify billing discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and billing records

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction industry
- Strong exposure to Railway, Road, Highway, Infrastructure or EPC projects
- Hands-on experience in Client Billing, Subcontractor Management and Correspondence
