1. Site HR – 01
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Minimum Qualification MBA
2. HR-MIS Executive – 01
- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Minimum Qualification: MBA 3-5 years of experience in HRIS across multiple domains / system (HROPAL, ERP, Gretty HR, Zoho keka). Proficiency in MS Excel & HR MIS reporting.
3. QC Engineer – 01
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Minimum Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Civil) Minimum 5-7 years in highway construction preferably in NHAI projects. Inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and identifying defects or Non-conformities. Must prepare quality reports and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for effective problem identification and resolution.
4. Asst. Surveyor – 01
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Minimum 3-5 years in Railway construction / RVNL projects. Experience in Surveying including Total Station, Sokia with billing experience.
5. Sr. Structure Engineer – 02
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Must be a Diploma/B.Tech / BE Holder Candidate with a major focus on structural engineering will be preferred. Minimum 8-10 years Structure experience in similar roles / responsibilities. Especially in NHAI / Road / ROB Bridge Projects.
6. Store Incharge – 02
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Any Graduate, having store experience. Preferably in the construction industry / NHAI / Road Projects.
7. Supervisor (Civil) – 03
- Location: Odisha
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Any Graduate, having experience in construction industry / NHAI / Road Projects.
8. Purchase Manager – 01
- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Any Graduate, The role requires strong expertise in vendor development, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing, compliance with company policies, quality standards, and budget Requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with production, finance, and logistics teams.
9. Accountant – 01
- Location: Delhi
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Qualification & Specifications: Minimum Qualifications: B.Com/MBA (Finance) Experience in accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
