Open Positions and Requirements
1. Project Manager – 3 Nos (Ref No. SPO1)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
- Experience: 18–25 years (15 yrs GCC) in Villas / Multi-storey / High-rise buildings
- Must have completed at least two full project life cycles
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and project execution
2. Construction Manager (5 Nos) / Project Engineer (10 Nos) – Ref No. SPO2
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
- Experience: 12–18 years (10 yrs GCC) in multi-storey / high-rise buildings
- Strong ability to manage projects end-to-end and handle team coordination
3. Planning Sr. Engineer – 10 Nos (Ref No. SPO3)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil / NICMAR preferred
- Experience: 10–12 years (5 yrs GCC) in planning & scheduling of high-rise projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 required
4. Design Coordinator / Structural Architect – 8 Nos (Ref No. SPO4)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil / Architecture / Structural Engg.
- Experience: 8–12 years (5 yrs GCC)
- Expertise in high-rise and multi-disciplinary design coordination
5. QA/QC Engineer (10 Nos) / Safety Engineers (15 Nos) – Ref No. SPO5
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil
- Experience: 8–12 years (5 yrs GCC) in Villas / Multi-storey / High-rise buildings
- NEBOSH & IOSH certifications mandatory for Safety roles
6. Cost Control Engineer – 5 Nos (Ref No. SPO6)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil / RICS Certified
- Experience: 7–10 years (5 yrs GCC) in cost analysis & productivity management
7. Procurement Engineer – 4 Nos (Ref No. SPO7)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
- Experience: 8–12 years (5 yrs GCC) in civil construction procurement
- Strong subcontractor management experience
8. Quantity Surveyor – 5 Nos (Ref No. SPO8)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil / RICS Certified
- Experience: 7–10 years (5 yrs GCC) in billing & contract management
9. Procurement Manager – 2 Nos (Ref No. SPO9)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
- Experience: 15–20 years (10 yrs GCC) in building construction
- PG Degree in Material Management preferred
10. Scaffolding Manager – 2 Nos (Ref No. SPO10)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
- Experience: 15–20 years (10 yrs GCC) in scaffolding methodology
- Experience in villa and high-rise projects preferred
