Position: Assistant / Manager – QA/QC (Railway Projects)
Job Location: West Bengal
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years experience in QA/QC for railway infrastructure projects. Candidates with direct railway project experience will be preferred.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor and enforce QA/QC procedures across the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure civil works meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Review and verify incoming materials, workmanship and related documentation.
- Coordinate QA/QC activities with site teams, contractors and consultants.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and ensure traceability of materials and tests.
- Support internal and external audits, resolve non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client specification for railway works.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with prior railway infrastructure QA/QC experience will be given preference.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and good communication for coordination with stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required by project schedules.
