Key Requirements
- Engineering & construction experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling of projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline construction schedule and identify resource requirements
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely submission of planning MIS
- Coordinate with cross departments at site and head office for smooth execution
- Track baseline schedule using MSP / Primavera for actual work progress
- Handle contractual correspondences
- Maintain records of delays and hindrances
