1. Company Secretary
- Qualification: Company Secretary (CS)
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years & above
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage Board, Commitee meetings, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Handle ROC, MCA, and other regulatory filings
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, and governance matters
- Act as advisor to Management on corporate governance and legal compliance.
2. Assistant Manager – Finance / Investment / Family Office
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant with SAP
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years & above
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Found management and equity market analysis
- Monitoring investments and portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
- Support strategies financial decision-making
3. GM / DGM / AGM / Manager – Accounts & Finance
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant with SAP
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years & above
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations and finalization of accounts
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Handle project finance and working capital management
- Prepare balance sheets and financial statements
- Provide strategic inputs for Budgeting and financial planning
