Open Positions & Requirements:
1. Company Secretary (CS)
- Qualification: Company Secratary
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage Board and Commitee meetings, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
- Handle ROC, MCA, and other regulatory filings
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, and governance matters.
- Acr as advisor to management on corporate governance and legal compliance.
2. Assistant Manager – Finance / Investment / Family Office
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant with SAP
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Fund management and equity market analysis
- Monitor investments and equity market analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategies financial decision-making
3. GM / DGM / Manager – Accounts & Finance
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant with SAP
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations and finalization of accounts
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Handle project finance and working capital management
- Prepare balance sheets and financial statements
- Provide strategic inputs for budgeting and financial planning.
