- Designation: JE / AE / SE / AM / DM
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech Civil
- Total Experience: 03 – 12 Years
- Mandatory Railway/Metro Experience: 05 Years
- Role: Permanent
- Remark: AM & DM positions must have knowledge to handle individual projects as a lead role
2. Execution / Projects
- Designation: JE / AE / SE / DPM Manager
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech Civil
- Total Experience: 03 – 15 Years
- Mandatory Railway/Metro Experience: 05 Years
- Role: Permanent
- Remark: Must have knowledge in pilecap, pier, portal beams, deck slab, elevated stations and road restoration works
3. Contracts
- Designation: AM / DM
- Qualification: BE / BTech Civil
- Total Experience: 05 – 10 Years
- Mandatory Railway/Metro Experience: 03 Years
- Role: Permanent
- Remark: Knowledge in letter drafting (EOTs, extra claims, rate analysis), client billing, FIDIC, dispute resolution, arbitration and contract documentation
4. Erection & Launching
- Designation: Foremans / Supervisors / JE / AE / SE
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / BE / BTech Civil or Mechanical
- Total Experience: 05 – 09 Years
- Mandatory Railway/Metro Experience: 05 Years
- Role: Permanent / Contract
- Remark: Experience required in erection & launching works in elevated jobs
5. MEP
- Designation: JE / AE / DPM
- Qualification: BE / BTech Mechanical / Electrical
