Experience Required
5 – 10 Years in Contracts & Claims
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- PG Diploma from NICMAR (Preferable)
- LLB (Preferable)
- Strong knowledge of:

Arbitration & Conciliation Act

Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management
- Handling contractual correspondence
- Drafting / preparing Extension of Time (EOT) applications
- Drafting responses to client notices
- Preparation of delay analysis
- Interpretation of contract clauses
- Final bill review
Claims Management
- Preparation of prolongation and variation claims
- Preparing Statements of Claims and arbitration pleadings
- Coordinating with advocates for arbitration submissions
- Supporting the legal team with applications under Sections 34 & 37 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act
- Assisting in documentation for claims and dispute resolutions
Key Skills Required
- Claims Management
- Delay Analysis
- Strong drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
