- Experience: 12 to 18 years of experience in Road Projects
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Highway Manager with strong expertise in execution and costing of highway / road projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, cost control, and ensuring timely completion of highway works as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desired candidate must Manage and supervise execution of highway / road construction projects from start to completion.
- Experience in handling Mid-scale highway projects (NHAI / State Highways preferred)
- Oversee activities including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC layers, and associated structures.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and monitor cost control measures.
- Conduct rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost optimization
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
- Coordinate with Consultants, clients, Subcontractor, and internal teams.
- Monitor resources planning including manpower, machinery and materials
- Review and approve contractor bills and manage project cash flow
- Identity risk and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Engineers with a strong background in Dam and Road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution, Supervision, and coordination of site activities ensuring quality, safety and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desired candidate must have experience in execution and supervision activities for Dam and Road Projects.
- Manage end-to-end site operations including earthwork, embankment, Concreting, and pavement works.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, draiwngs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with colleagues, Contarcts and internal teams.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports (DPR / MPR)
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Implement safety practices and maintain compliance with site safety norms.
- Handle measurement, billing support and quantity estimation.
- Resolve On-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
