The company is inviting applications for multiple senior and managerial positions in plant & machinery, liaisoning, planning & billing, accounts, and HR & administration.

1️⃣ Senior Manager – P&M
- Number of Positions: 2
- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10–14 years in plant and machinery management for large highway projects
- Responsible for efficient deployment, maintenance, and optimum utilization of equipment across sites
- Control operating costs including repairs, spares, and fuel consumption
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations
2️⃣ Senior Manager – Liaisoning
- Number of Positions: 2
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 10–14 years in liaisoning with government departments, NHAI, local authorities, and statutory bodies
- Handle approvals, permits, land acquisition matters, and right of way clearances
- Ensure coordination with authorities to avoid delays and support smooth project execution
3️⃣ Manager – Planning & Billing
- Number of Positions: 2
- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10–14 years in planning and billing for highway projects
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports
- Manage RA bills, client billing, variation claims, and reconciliation
- Monitor project progress and support corrective actions
- Working knowledge of SAP software is mandatory
4️⃣ Assistant Manager – Accounts
- Number of Positions: 4
- Qualification: B.Com or M.Com
- Experience: 6–9 years in site accounts for infrastructure projects
- Manage vendor bills, payments, expense control, and day-to-day accounting
- Ensure GST compliance, TDS deductions, and statutory requirements
- Maintain books of accounts and support audits
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP software is mandatory
5️⃣ Deputy Manager – HR & Admin
- Number of Positions: 2
- Qualification: MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management
- Experience: 10–14 years in project-based HR and administration
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labor law requirements
- Oversee site administration including accommodation, transport, and facilities
- Support employee relations and workforce management
