Project Name: Development of Statue of Oneness, Acharya Shankar Museum & Acharya Shankar International Institute of Advaita Vedanta
Location: Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh
Requirement for Key Personnel
1. Civil / Structural Expert
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Supervision experience in similar projects such as museums, art galleries, exhibition centres, airports, or high-rise buildings
- Project height minimum 180 feet
- Minimum project cost: INR 125 Crore
2. MEPF Expert
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in supervision of similar projects such as museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building
- Minimum project cost: INR 125 Crore
3. Quality Control Engineer / Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Supervision experience in similar projects (museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building)
- Minimum project cost: INR 150 Crore
4. Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor – BIM Enabled)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in supervision of at least one similar project
- Project value minimum INR 125 Crore in BIM environment
5. HSE Expert
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in HSE
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
6. Planning Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience in supervision of similar projects (museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building)
- Minimum project value INR 50 Crore in BIM environment
7. Field Engineer – MEP
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in supervision of similar projects (museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building)
- Minimum project cost INR 25 Crore
8. Resident Architect
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in design and supervision of museum, heritage buildings, convention centres, international airports, or religious tourism projects
9. Contract Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in contract documentation for at least 3 projects
- Each project value must be not less than INR 100 Crore
- Experience using FIDIC contract conditions
